A lot of people fail to accomplish their health and weight loss goals not because they
lack the skills, resources, or knowledge about exercise and nutrition. But, beauce they
lack an actionable plan.
Since becoming a health and fitness coach I have come to believe that what women
really lack is a solid plan, clarity, and energy to show up every day and make their
health a priority.
Just like your regular checkups and runs to the doctor, having an exercise and
nutritional plan makes our life easier and allows us to stay focused on our goals.
What makes a good plan? A plan that is written down, looked at daily, achievable,
sustainable, and a plan that is filled in so that we can visually see the progress that you
have made.
For the last 9 years I have made fitness tracking a part of my weekly planning. Taking
the time each week to plan my workouts and meals allows me to show up to the gym
with a game plan and stay focused on foods that nourish me rather than hurt me.
If you want to achieve a healthy lifestyle or want to reach your weight loss goals, it’s
time to break out of your sedentary lifestyle and start taking ownership of your daily
exercise and the foods that you are putting into your month.
In order to do this, you need to declare right now that your health and wellbeing is a
priority. Then take time to write down your health goals and create a plan for yourself. If
you need exercise and nutritional guidance I would love to look into your current
routines and habits and brainstorm some way in which you could reach your weight loss
and health goals without spending hours in the gym and going on some crazy new diet.
